Terms and Conditions of Purchase – Professionals Office Furniture Portal

By placing an order through the Office Furniture Portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Product Images and Colours

  • All product photos displayed on the portal are illustrative mock-ups only.

  • Colours, finishes, and textures shown are a representation of the final product and may vary slightly due to screen settings, manufacturing processes, or material variations.

  • Members are encouraged to review specifications carefully before placing an order.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of order to secure your items.

  • The remaining 50% balance, plus shipping and delivery charges, will be invoiced prior to delivery of goods to Australia.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping and delivery costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your total order.

  • Final delivery charges will be confirmed once the order is processed and will appear on the final invoice.

  • Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided but are subject to change due to shipping or customs delays beyond our control.

 

4. Warranty

  • All products are covered by a 5-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Warranty claims must be lodged directly through Head Office, who will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

 

5. Order Accuracy and Returns

  • Members are responsible for ensuring all items ordered match the specifications outlined in their approved office design pack.

  • Please order carefully. Incorrect product selection is the responsibility of the Member.

  • Costs associated with returns, replacements, or re-orders due to incorrect selection will be borne by the Member.

 

6. Cancellations and Changes

  • Changes or cancellations to orders can only be accepted within 24 hours of the bulk buy deadline communicated and must be submitted in writing to Head Office.

  • After this period, cancellations may incur costs up to the full amount.

 

7. Liability

  • Head Office is not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping providers, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Head Office’s liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the value of the order.
